The greatest achievement
Is to be alive,
To enjoy each moment
Of each day and to be aware
Of how precious life is.

Each moment lived
Is a moment to be savoured,
To taste the uniqueness of nature,
To immerse yourself in the power of life.

For there is a vitality, a life force
That courses through you,
And makes you
The unique individual that you are.

But do not be deceived
Achievement and success
May have their place
In your life.

But the greatest accomplishment
Is to know Love. To appreciate silence,
And to be at peace with others,
